General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

3. Subject of the Contract

The subject of the contract is the sale of individually printed products (e.g., T-shirts, mugs, posters, etc.) with custom designs. Production and shipping of the items are carried out via an external print-on-demand service provider.

4. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. By completing the order, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded once the provider confirms the order by e-mail or begins production of the goods.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) or Euros (EUR), including statutory VAT, where applicable. Payment may be made by credit card, PayPal, or other offered payment methods.
Production begins only after full payment has been received.

6. Delivery

Delivery is carried out by the commissioned print-on-demand partner to the delivery address provided by the customer. Delivery times vary depending on the product and destination.
The provider accepts no liability for delivery delays caused by third parties (e.g., logistics service providers).

7. Right of Withdrawal / Returns

Please see this page: Returns & Replacement

8. Defects and Complaints

Please see this page: Returns & Replacement

9. Liability

The provider is only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty. No liability is assumed for damages caused by third parties (e.g., printing errors by the manufacturer, delivery delays).

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Substantive Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is the provider’s registered office, unless a mandatory consumer jurisdiction applies.

11. Final Provisions

If individual provisions of these GTC are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
